Steve Flance is the owner/broker of The Flance Company.
Steve served as President of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors in 2002. He is also a commissioner on the City of Santa Fe’s Historic Design Review Board, which regulates architectural style in the City’s Historic District.

In 1998, Steve was chosen as Realtor of the Year by his colleagues in the Santa Fe Association of Realtors. He has formerly served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce  and as Chairman of the Santa Fe Urban Policy Board.
